Kat Gordon hat lange Ostafrika bereist und ein Jahr in Kenia gelebt. Sie studierte Englische Literatur in Oxford und machte ihren Master in Creative Writing am Londoner Royal Holloway College. Ihr Debüt The Artificial Anatomy of Parks erschien 2015 bei Legend Press und war auf der Shortlist für Not the Booker. Sie lebt in London.
